Mumbai: Alpa Ashok Jadhav, Corporator, Ward No. 65, Andheri(West) comes forward in support of Senior Citizens in ongoing lockdown crisis :
Mumbai: At a time when there is a spike in cases of Covid-19 across the state as well as the country, several i institutions, NGos and Municipal Corporators have been coming forward to help the poor and needy and the senior citizens as well.
Likewise Alpa Ashok Jadhav, daughter of former Congress MLA Ashok Jadhav surged forward to help citizens in the ongoing nationwide lockdown.
To begin with, she arranged Free Fever Check up Clinic on 9th May
specially for the citizens of
Patrewali Chawl, Talav area,
Ashiana Society and surrounding areas of her ward 65, Amboli, Andheri West, from 10am to 1pm
and ensured that all citizens of ward 65 visit the clinic for testing and a team of qualified Doctors specially trained for Corona Covid 19 testing are called to conduct the test on the patients costing Rs.4,400, but done FREE OF COST.
Testing is carried out in followup of the lockdown norms.
She is into taking precautionary and preventive measures in testing for Covid 19 positive.
Similarly, she arranged FREE FEVER CLINIC in her ward 65 at the Sai Baba Mandir, Caesar Road Amboli on Sunday 10th May (today) from 10am to 1pm.
Alpa Jadhav is also into a Free Fever Check Camp from building specially for the citizen of her ward 65 Andheri West
The checking will be done with the help of Oximeter Machine

Diabetes check. The check-up is done Free of Cost on a Mobile Van following the lockdown norms more particularly Social Distancing.
Alpa, today Sunday, May 10, carried
out Mist Sanitisation Programme with the help of machine in her ward 65 Amboli.
1) Caesar Road
2) Daudbaug
3) Bhardarwadi
4) Mahatarpada
This Sanitisation programme was carried out by trained officials and done as per the guidelines given by the Government and with the MCGM approved Liquid.
Like many others, she has bern supplying ready to eat food packets compring rice costing Rs.3/- and Wheat Rs.2/-on daily basis right from the 5th day of the declaration of the lockdown and delivered at the residence of the citizen.
Alpa Ashok Jadhav also put up.
a vegetable market in her ward 65 in Indira Gandhi Garden, Andheri(W)by maintaining social distancing and providing facility to the citizen of her ward 65 which is kept clean. A garbage kit is also placed near her Ward 65.
