Message on Mother’s Day :

On mother’s Day she expressed many feelings by saying, ” Mother must be a teacher, a mentor, guide to her child. She must build the confidence in the child that she is always there for him/her in times of trouble. She should be the first to impart values to her child. She is the hope for her child.
In case the children don’t respect their mother, it means they have taken their mother for granted and have failed to be a good citizen in general. Too much pampering of children and fulfillment of their unreasonable demands could make them that way. It is for mothers to teach them discipline and to treat elders with respect. The most important is that we must practice what we preach as children observe their parents very minutely.”
