Brief Introduction of  PDC Dr. DIPTI AGARWAL: 
Dr. (Miss) Dipti Agarwal

was born on 20th Oct’ 1955 in a renowned Zamindr family of Kandhla town in District Muzaffarnagar. She did her MBBS & DGO in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur in 1979 and 1982 respectively. She is running her own maternity home since
1984 at Muzaffarnagar.
She joined IWC of Muzaffarnagar in July 1991. She was appointed as
Club Treasurer in 1994-95, held various posts and became President in 1998-
99. She won record 24 awards during her tenure including Best President and
Best Club of the district. During her IPP period, won prizes for Debate on IIW
Theme, Diwali Card Competition, Inter district competition held by District 311
on ‘How to Keep Fit’ and Best Sub-committee Circular award for ‘Eye Relief
and Cornea Donation’.
Dr. Dipti was elected unanimously as District Editor in 2000-01, ascended
the ladder working on various posts till she became District Chairman in 2005-
06.
During the tenure as District ISO in 2001-02, she won prize in Inter district essay competition held by Dist. 298 on ‘How to be successful daughter, wife, mother and citizen’. She organized Inter district ISO meet at Muzaffarnagar for the first time in the history of District 310 where District and Club ISO’s of District 301, 308 and 310 participated on this occasion, She also
published and gifted to all delegates a booklet on “Household Tips”. She
attended II AC meet at Moradabad in Feb. 2003.
In 2005-06 as Dist. Chairman, she was the first one in the history of Dist.
310 to attend 13th IIW Convention at Christchurch, NewZealand as voting
delegate and exchanged flags. During her tenure the clubs worked on opening
of several vocational training centers, construction of RCC benches, dustbins,
tubectomy camps and several other projects.
In 2006-07, she was installed an Association Council member by Assn.
President Dr. Pallavi Shah and she attended 11th Triennial Conference at
Mumbai as voting delegate and II AC meet at Bhuvaneshwar 2007-08 as Dist. ESO, she opened and added a new club ‘IWC of Amroha
Sparkle’ to Dist. 310.
In 2009-10, PDC Dr. Dipti and Club President Santosh Sharma
participated as voting delegate at 12th Triennial Conference held at Varanasi
and got thunderous applause for their skit at cultural night along with DC Dr.
Asha Jain & PDC Anita Rastogi.
While enjoying her PDC period, her commitment towards smooth
functioning of IWC of Muzaffarnagar, she readily accepted the post of club
secretary in 2010-11 and president in 2011-12.
In 2012-13, Dr. Dipti with President Santosh Sharma attended 13th Triennial Conference at Hyderabad as voting delegate, exchanged flag with IIW
President of 2016-17, Oluyemisi Alatise.
In 2014-15, attended 60 years of Innerwheel in India celebration at Delhi
with District Editor Santosh Sharma.
Again, became club president in 2015-16 and was awarded ‘Shakti Hoon
Mein’ citation award by Prayatna NGO.
In 2015-16, attended 14th Triennial Conference at Kolkata.
In 2016-17, when IWC of Muzaffarnagar celebrated ITS Golden Jubilee,
Dr. Dipti also celebrated her Silver Jubilee, In IWC of Muzaffarnagar 25 years of
dedicated services to the club, and Society.
She had been a Badminton Champion in Medican college as well as
in IMA, Muzaffarnagar, she is fond of sports, flower decoration,
interior decoration, handicraft, Music, travelling, making friends and
doing social service. She has teavelled widely in India and abroad. she
has been to Canada, Dubai, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands,
Belgium, Germany, France, U.K, SriLanka Sweden , Estonia and Indonesia.
At Present, she is affiliated with the following organisations:

1 Member of Indian Medical Association, Muzaffarnagar Branch and had been social secretary of IMA, Muzaffarnagar twice.

2 Member of FOGSI (Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology
Society of India), Muzaffarnagar Branch. She Twice held the
post of secretary and once has been its president.

3 Member of FOGSI, India.

4 Life Member of FOGSI, U.P. Chapter.

5 Member of UPNHA (U.P. Nursing Home Association).
6. Life Member of NARCHI (National Association of
Reproductive and child Health of India).

7 Life member of SPIC-MACAY (Society for promotion of
Indian classical Music and culture Amongst youth).

8  Founder Member of Yoga seva Kendra, Muzaffarnagar – an
Organisation dedicated to create public awareness regarding
physical, mental, social and spiritual upliftment of the society.
She is inclined towards spirtual reflection and meditations.
