Welcome to my Profile,

Myself Fazila Fatiwala, 39yrs old. I come from a small town called Valsad-Gujarat India. I am master graduate in Financial Management from Middlesex University London. I am 2nd child from 5 siblings.
Currently I am residing in Leicester UK, happily married and have 2 daughters 7&5. My younger daughter just diagnosed with autism. I am self taught Henna/ Mehndi artist and a young not so young entrepreneur. I have online henna shop on city.

As a kid I was always passionate about mehndi. I started doing mehndi when I was 12 yrs old. I did my first engagement bride when I was 16yrs old.

I have participated in lots and lot of competition for mehndi as well as art through out my school and collage life and won so many prizes. I won first prize for Rangoli competition when I was just 4yrs old, since then I knew I love art. But due to education at some point I had to leave it. I had Instagram page since 2011 but I have never posted anything related mehndi. When pandemic hit I realized that I want to start selling henna online. So first time I posted add on Facebook in June 2020 and the response was amazing. I jus had 1kg of henna powder but demand increased and after that there was no coming back. I have few followers on Instagram I started selling on Instagram as well, but then one day due to my mistake my page got deleted on IG. I was nervous but then I started new page with new name, I did do branding made logo and started my online shop on city. In 2019 I have made page on tiktok for fun but when I saw few artist from India was posting about mehndi, so I have started doing that and my video got viral.

I gained 7 million views and I have gained nearly 100,000 followers in few months. But then tiktok got banned in India and my videos views got less but then I started posting about my henna recipe and I have got huge response from all over the world. My most of the customers are from tiktok. Today I have nearly 200,000 followers on tiktok and 5k on Instagram. I am thankful to each and everyone who follows me and who has helped me in this journey.
