2.some children don’t respect mother …
Wound can shape your life and define your relationships. It’s the emotional absence of your mother when you were a child. It doesn’t necessarily have to be from an overtly abusive or absent mother. It can also be from mothers who are physically present & well meaning but are able to only show love through practical terms or criticism. They lack the ability to emotionally engage with you, accept you for who you are, identify or fulfill your emotional needs. And, that could be because they are carrying their own mother wound. You can learn to heal your ‘s wound by starting on the following journey:

1. Acknowledging the Emotional absence
2. Express through talking, drawing, painting, writing, etc
3. Listen to your inner child.
4. Paying attention to What triggers you and why. Where do you feel it in your body?
5. Learning to soothe yourself Taking a walk in nature, sitting by yourself in a beautiful setting, meditating,
6. Learning to be kind to yourself. You don’t need to criticise yourself & your mother Use affirmative words for yourself.
7. Setting boundaries.
8. Spending time with people who make you feel good about yourself.
9. Forgiving
