Rashmi Mishra :

Most of the time it has been either Jealous women trying to pull you down or Volunteering women with family kids unable to give much time. Nevertheless despite lack of funds or busy schedule we have pulled it as we understand the importance of family values and priorities and continue with dedication with whoever is available . As far as Jealousy is concerned, best is ignore and keep focused.

Hello Mumbai News:

Where Does your Inspiration come from?

Rashmi Mishra :

The smiles of gratitude around and the happiness spread motivates me more as I delve deeper and deeper into the wide spectrum of social service. I feel at 50 , I am at the right time at the right place and with the grace of the Almighty I can make some difference in others’ lives. The haters too give me energy and extra power to continue with greater zeal.

Hello Mumbai News :

Do you feel that in  India there are enough structures and facilities put in place to assist women to expand their Startup Journey.

Rashmi Mishra :

Yes , definitely India has gone through a dramatic transformation. There are lots of Government schemes to support Naari Shakti . Not only that, we see more and more women in corporate jobs , being the boss.  This has led to a somewhat change of  attitude of men at work as well though lots more needs to be done.

Hello Mumbai News

How you balance your professional and personal life .& can you share some tips for women Entrepreneurs to maintain balance between work and family life

Rashmi Mishra :

I go the extra mile to balance. I try not to touch my mobile or pick up calls when with family.  As women we are expected to be Super Women , multitasking and balancing both home and office. But I feel these expectations must cease and family must share the workload. Try to spend more time with your family especially during weekend.s. Mental peace is very important , just do what makes you happy
