Female entrepreneurship is vital for our future. Collectively we can make a change by closing the gap between men and women in the workforce.
Entrepreneurs are those adventurous, daredevils who drive deep into the pressing problems of society and try to find solutions to them, not by leaving the responsibilities in the reins of the government or business, but by trying to change systems as a whole and persuading societies to take new initiatives
India being a growing economy is a hotspot for young entrepreneurs. With a large population of more than 130 crores, businesses all over the world see it as a potential destination for establishing a start-up. For years, males dominated the business industry, leaving less or no room for females. But the trend has changed now. More and more women are jumping into the business and many have successfully established globally renowned brands. Creating job opportunities for a large number of people, the women have braved the societal pressures and stereotypes to come up with the solutions that are far more reliable and innovative.
recent years, Maharashtra has witnessed an increase in women-owned businesses in fields such as household Industry, fashion, farming, IT, manufacturing, oil, and more. The development has broken the gender stereotype where women are depicted as weaker and incapable.

Sangeeta Pawar :
Famous As : Education Entrepreneur
Welcome to my Professional Journey,
Hello, I am Sangeeta Pawar, successfully holding Head Mistress post at Chavara Public School, Dhule.
I hail from the city, Dhule, Maharashtra, balancing my personal as well as professional life since past 25 years. I got married at the early age of 19 when I was percussing my graduation in Arts stream. I completed my masters as well as other allied degree from Dhule. I am having a very happy family life. I have 2 children, my elder daughter has completed her M Tech, married and a mother to 2 beautiful children. My son in law is a Class one officer and has cleared public service exam and is now AEE in Irrigation Dept, Govt of Maharashtra, at Sangamner. My younger son is also a Postgraduate and works for one of the MNC which is based out of Hyderabad. I have great interest in exploring books and I am avid reader of fictional books. I also like to spend most of my free time painting and many a times I love listening to the old Bollywood music.
well, I started my career as a teacher when I was in my late twenties, firstly from Canossa Convent High School, Dhule and later joined Chavara High School, catering to the subject; Hindi and Marathi for almost 20 years. During my tenure at Chavara High School, I was appointed as Moderator as well as Chief Moderator for 7 and 2 years respectively. I can proudly say today that till date I have taught 15 batches of SSC and many of my students are successful doctors, engineers, lawyers, entrepreneurs across India as well as abroad, which gives me immense satisfaction and happiness.
Considering my loyalty, hard work and dedication to my profession I got promoted as the Head Mistress of Chavara School. Well, this period was the pandemic period, and I had a great challenge to maintain and increase the morale of my teaching staff as they were facing lot many challenges considering the online nature of the lecture delivery. Also, to increase the enthusiasm among the students I started some of the online competition such as Singing, Drawing, Elocution and many more. We were also successful in organizing career guidance session for 10th std students which helped them to clarity the doubts wrt to career path they can choose down the line.
I always believe in giving back to the society and hence I had the privilege to help the front-line workers of Bhausaheb Hire Medical College during the COVID-19 pandemic, wherein I distributed N95 masks as well as Sanitizers to all the practicing doctors as well as the nurses, this action was well appreciated as they did not have the supply of masks. Apart from the above noble act, I had the opportunity to take part in various other initiatives such as Tree plantation, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Food and Clothes donation at old age as well as orphanage.
