    In our Social Entrepreneur series today We are introducing you a very dynamic and popular Social Entrepreneur of Nagpur for her remarkable and outstanding performance in social  field particular in inner wheel club  who always believes in Women Empowerment and social entrepreneurship. Yes we are talking about Supriya Joshi President Inner Wheel Club of Nagpur District 303, she shared her Service and Charity Project with Hello Mumbai News Reporter Sejal Bhise

    Brief Introduction of International Inner Wheel :

    International Inner Wheel  Club is an international women’s  Social organisation to create friendship, service and understanding. It has clubs in over 100 countries with over 100,000 members.IWC has very strong presence in India. It has more than 3000 thousands clubs in Urban and rural India. Since the Covid 19 Pandemic breaks out Inner wheel club launched charity campaign worldwide. In our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this Episode we are introducing very popular face of IWC, she doesn’t need any kind of Introduction.

    Key Highlights of Service Project :

    Project 1 :

    Topic – Screening for anemia and sickle cell status of girls of Matru Shakti Kendra….
    Anaemia is classified as a major public health problem in India. The girls of Matru Shakti Kendra ,Hanuman Nagar, were looking weak for the last few days. Dr. Viju tai Khanzode ,she checked the girls and advised blood test of HB, sickling, and blood group. Dr. Madhuri took the responsibility of doing blood test of girls.
    Beneficiaries : 25 girls

    Project 2 :

    E – e-learning education
    Awareness about cyber crime
    Speaker – API Sukeshini Lokhande
    Description – In today’s techno- savvy environment,the world has become digitally sophisticated and so are the crimes ,with time,the internet world become more translational with e-business,e- commerce etc and hence breeding crimes,so to keep strict vigil,in a bid to crib such incidents and the same time to spread awareness among people,API Sukeshini Lokhande ma’am very nicely told us all about the cyber crimes she told us on our mobile how to criminals cheat many citizens. She thought about privacy and security on our mobile.

    Project 3 :

    Topic : Emphasis on branding and promotion of Inner Wheel through publish Inner Wheel Logo
    My Stamp
    Description : Postal stamp (My Stamp) published in Nagpur GPO with Inner Wheel Logo and theme of strong women stronger world.

    Project 4 :

    Health, awareness, Happiness
    “The first wealth is Health”
    Bone problem is commonly seen in people after 40 years of age. People take this disease very lightly. The project of bone density test was taken to bring awareness among the people on this matter.

    Project 5 :

    Topic -Develop financial literacy and save money.
    Description – बिड बोरगांव village near 25 km from Nagpur.A workshop was organized on money saving ,for the women.Club member Laxmi informed about various govt. schemes. and the idea of, how saving can be done, was also given. she emphasized that women need self reliance. Women were felicitated by giving them साड़ी -चोली -ओटी and ladoo – Chivda

    Inner wheel District 303 one of the most important District of Inner wheel in Maharashtra which covers North Maharashtra and Vidarbha Region. It covers many big cities and districts of Maharashtra such as Nasik, Jalgaon, Akola, Amravati, Nagpur, Wardha and Chandrapur etc. This District performed well during this difficult time of Pandemic. All clubs did many charity work projects for pandemic affected people in rural areas of Maharashtra.
