    Mumbai: While speaking to Hello Mumbai News, Mrs.Jasbir Kaur, President Inner Wheel Club, Dist.310, UDAAN, Muzaffarnagar, said that she has been working for the needy people from a long time. Due to the sudden outbreak of Coronavirus/ Covid-19 pandemic the number of needy people have increased rapidly. Owing to this, many people were locked up in their homes and became jobless. But, there were many people like doctors, police personnel and many social workers who helped the needy people without even bothering about their own lives.

    We are indebted to our District Chairman, Ms.Santosh Sharma, who is providing us lot of help, guidance and showing us a path for a noble cause and the Club Members are working on the path shown by her with great enthusiasm.

    Over and above, on Doctor’s Day, Online Doctors were honoured with Certificate of Appreciation for their dedication and commitment at a crucial situation.

    She further asserted that a Mega Project “The Inner Wheel Forest” was put into operation by IWC in which many plants like lemon plant, guava plant, mango plant, shagwan plant etc were planted to create a mini forest around their area.

    Further, she made it known that the Club Members distributed 500 masks, sanitizers, to many people like rickshaw pullers, vegetable vendors, patients in doctor’s clinics, many other workers etc. They also distributed food to 100 poor people.
    And also created many videos to raise awareness among the people about the pandemic, for example, how to wash hands properly, how to increase immunity, importance of Yoga, and proper use of mask.

    A brief introduction on Mrs.Jasbir Kaur:

    She has been working as President of the Inner Wheel Club UDAAN “Muzaffarnagar”, District 310 from the past 2 years. She is very sensitive towards people who are hungry, poor etc.and has always wanted to help the people in need. She is very active and hard working and always want to do something new and innovative.

    Last year the IWC conducted many programs for the needy people. A village, named Ban Nagar, was adopted by her team. They did many social works there like Plantation, distribution of books, note books, food etc. to the children in schools, arranging 2-3 medical camps for the people, eye checkup camps, distributing food packets to poor people, distributing eatables, clothes to the Kohri Ashram and the old age homes in Muzaffarnagar.

    Mrs. Jasbir Kaur tries to help as many people as she possibly can whenever and wherever. Her team is also very hard working. Working for these people gives her and her team solace, peace and satisfaction in life.
