Inner Wheel Club District 326 News Update :
Mumbai: Speaking to Neha Singh, Rashmi Bisen,Charter President, IWC Balaghat Tigress,Dis 326, while sharing her humanitarian work amid lockdown said “amid Covid-19 Pandemic, our responsibility towards women and child health became manifold.”
They distributed 2000 masks, Sanitizers and spread awareness regarding not taking proper precautions. They also provided oximeter to aged people to check their oxygen intake level and pulse rate at home.
Their flagship project Fight Against Malnutrition is actually helping the undernourished by increasing their immunity levels. They distributed nourishing powder to the undernourished children and their mothers. They are counselling the mothers and family for a speedy recovery of the undernourished and to enhance the immunity.
They distributed nourishing powder which is prepared under the supervision of some experts and all these packet are printed with the IWC logo.
About Rashmi Bisen:
Rashmi Bisen is a Science Graduate (BSc) and is an MD at Wainganga Industrial Training Institute. Her hobbies are Yoga, Dance, Gardening and volunteering. She likes to work for Women Empowerment, Child and women health. She said her Club started with 70 charter members.
She further goes on to add that “This is our proposal to all associated Clubs to start this wonderful project. We will be happy to extend all support and guidance for the same.” Apart from this she said, she is grateful to all her charter members who supported her in this initiative. It’s a team work.
