Afghani Chicken Kabab

So this all we need to make this JUICY CHICKEN AFGHANI KABAB
INGREDIENTS –
500 GMS CHICKEN MINCE
1 TBSP GINGER/ GARLIC PASTE
8-10 GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED
6 SLICES OF BREAD
200ML CREAM
SALT 1& half TSP
1 TSP WHITE PEPPER
CORIANDER MINT LEAVES
1 SMALL CAPSICUM CHOPPED
ONION CHOPPED
1ST GARAM MASALA
BREAD CRUMBS FR ROLLING
EGGS FOR FRYING
OIL FOR FRYING

METHOD-
BOIL MINCE MEAT WITH GINGER/ GARLIC PASTE SALT TILL TENDER
HEAT 2 TBSP OIL ADD ONION SAUTE FR 2 MINS ADD GREEN CHILLIES , CAPSUCUM & GARAM MASALA . REMOVE FROM FIRE
ADD IN BOILED MINCE , CORIANDER MINT LEAVES, BREADS & CREAM
DIVIDE MIXTURE INTO EQUAL PORTIONS
MAKE INTO KABAB
ROLL IN CRUMBS DIP IN EGGS & FRY THEM IN HOT OIL . ENJOY WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
