Customer loses Iphone X Mobile at Derby Restro Bar and Restaurant at the posh Bandra’s BKC complex
No doubt of the fact that theft of mobile phones has become an ordet of the day. The recent case to come to light is of one Gaurav Rawal, a customer at the Derby Restro Bar and Restaurant at the posh BKC Complex in Bandra who was robbed of his expensive Iphone X.
Ironically even after a trace of the stolen phone by the BKC police, yet the accused could never be arrested as yet. Its a big question even after tracing the stolen mobile the BKC police dont seem to be serious in the matter.
According to the version of the Victim Gaurav Rawal when his expensive Iphone got stolen at the Derby Restaurant BKC on the same night there was a theft of two more mobile phones.
When he approached the BKC Police station to complaint, on duty Officer PSI Pradeep Ahire after filing the FIR ensured to get me back my Iphone.
This is despite the fact that even after PSI Pradeep Ahire was shown the location twice on the Find my phone app bewilderingly there is no response of any action from the Police Officer as yet for reasons best known to him.
More regrettably even when the CCTV FOOTAGE showed the robber carrying away the phone from the Hotel Bar’s ai Table yet the police has not filed an FIR..From this it could be assumed that the police is hand-in-glove with the Derby Bar and Restaurant. Perhaps not to damage the reputation of the Bar no action is being taken by the police.
