Mumbai: Mumbai Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty shares a video on her Instagram account ‘Work Out at home”

Mumbai: Coronavirus COVID-19 has put people under lockdown with closed Gyms, Pubs, and Discotheques.. The shut-down of Bollywood Productions and film shoots has left the Bollywood Celebrities with no work.

Most of the Bollywood celebs, who adhere to their fitness regimes and exercises, has found a unique way to keep themselves fit and healthy without heading out for the gym. and have rephrased the ‘Work From Home’ criteria, which many multinational to ‘Work Out At Home’.  

Leading the ‘Work Out From Home’ campaign, Shilpa Shetty Kundra became a part of ‘Work Out At Home’ and shared a video on her Instagram account, in which she can be seen working out on stairs of her home for her fans who can not go to the gym nowadays.

“Let’s utilise this ‘precious’ time to take care of ourselves by exercising at least 4 times a week and building stronger immunity. Here’s how you can pack in a proper routine using just the staircase”, she captioned the post.
