    Preventive measures for 2019-nCoV( Corona)
    Coronavirus is weak. If you are strong so start now.

    Coronavirus is pandemic and real too. For time till now, there were only speculations about the nature of the novel COVID-19.. But now, we have some knowledge about it although not enough – about the causes, symptoms and preventive measures against the untamed disease.
    Coronavirus is weak, if you are strong. So start now.

    Every disease has a nemesis to fight before it can claim it’s victim. Here it’s our immune system, and our hygiene that stands strong when attacked by this unscrupulous virus.

    Those who easily succumb to this foreign virus are the patients with weak immune system and mostly aged people, new borns and patients with sickness like diabetes, cancer and poor immune system. There are reports on patients recovering too after being treated for COVID-19.
    But Preventive measures are a must !!

    Prevention is always better than cure. The infection of coronavirus can be definitely prevented by simple measures.
    1) Practice personal hygiene and hand hygiene.
    •wash your hands frequently with soap and water
    •Maintain social distance of apx 1 Metre from the person who’s coughing or sneezing.
    •Practice respiratory hygiene. Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or elbow when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately.
    •Avoid spitting or coughing in public.
    2) Drink plenty of water – 1.5 to 2 liters per day ( Preferably warm water)
    3)Balanced Diet – includes high proteins such as sprouts, fish, egg; citrus fruits such as guava, lemon, oranges, broccoli, strawberry & Amla which contains a lot of vitamin C and anti-oxidants.
    4)Physical Exercise, Yoga, Meditation – regularly and with consistent schedule. Exposure to sunlight essentially helps to fight the infection.
    5) Boost your immunity with Herbal concoction
    Boil 100ml of water.Add small piece of fresh turmeric/1/2 tea spoon powder + 1/2 inch fresh ginger piece + one quarter lemon slice + 2 cloves of garlic + 1 piece of Giloy and keep it for 10-15 min ,sieve it and drink twice or thrice a day.

    So relax ! An individual is prone for epidemic diseases ONLY if he / she is not following the above preventive strategy and is down with stress (mental / physical).

    Conclusion :-
    •Why start “Epidemic disease story” when we can very well prevent it by simple and easy means.
    •It is true prevention of Covid -19 is possible However, considering the life threatening complications, it is advisable to take preventive or curative treatment from a qualified medical care.
    •Yet do not be afraid of Coronavirus as only fewer patients develop life threatening complications and most of the other patients get cured.
