Scriptures of ancestral philosophers still exists :

Notwithstanding his unableness to overcome the mighty Raban since he was guarded by Ambika, Ramchandra started calling for Maa Chandi at the suggestion of Lord Brahma under the Bell (Sri) tree, since the Mahamaya rests in the bell tree. Hence even as of today the Bodhan starts below this tree. As per the Scriptures, on the evening of Shukla sasthi. (Yogini Tantra) “Sadashiv occupies the center of each of the three groups on each bell leaves- Brahma on the left and Vishnu to the right”. Perhaps our philosophers were acquainted to the benefit of the leaves, the fruit and the root of the bell tree. Hence all the Jyotir Lingas were covered with vine leaves to be denied with the extinction of bell trees.
One should not forget the good old religious scriptures. But the present generation do not seem to understand as they are bound to the existing norms of spirituality.
