Bajpai’s latest book launched in Mumbai :
Delhi, 31 October 2019: After a grand launch in Delhi, MASTAAN- The Fallen Patriot of Delhi, Vineet Bajpai’s seventh book, was launched in Mumbai on October 30 at The Leela Hotel.
Vineet’s latest historical fiction thriller MASTAAN- The Fallen Patriot of Delhi is out for readers. The event in Mumbai was co-hosted by the publisher- Tree Shade Books and India’s biggest book-to-screen adaptation agency- The Story Ink.
The event was attended by some well-renowned names like Flora Saini (Bollywood actor of Begum Jaan, Inside Edge and Stree fame), Ashish Sharma (TV Star of Siya Ke Ram fame), Sidharth Jain (CEO of The Story Ink) and Kussh Sinha (CEO of Kratos Films).
The book is primarily an Indian historical fiction based in 1857, unfolding an immortal love-story of the magnificent Mastaan and Beautiful Fay, amidst cannon-roars, brutal duels, intoxicated mushairas, ravishing courtesans, haunted treasures and bloody battles for India’s first war for independence.
According to the publisher, “Mastaan is our biggest launch this year by none other than the superstar Author of The Harappa Trilogy, Mr. Vineet Bajpai. We sold 10,000+ copies in pre-orders, even before a single book is printed.”
Vineet previously authored the HARAPPA TRILOGY, which were national bestsellers and sold over 1.5 lac copies within 18 months of release. Film / Web-series rights of the Harappa Trilogy have been taken by Reliance Entertainment and discussions are on for Mastaan.
