Borivali based builders booked for Cheating, Forgery:
The Borivali Police have registered an FIR against a Borivali based builder Navkar LifeSpaces and its partners Sameer, Devendra & Kejal Bhube, Mukesh Gala and Santosh Aranjlekar in a matter related to Cheating, fraud and false commitment with home buyer Yogesh Sawant.

All accused have been booked under sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and section 13 of the MOFA act R/W section 34 of the IPC

While speaking with Hello Mumbai News over Phone, Senior Police Inspector of Borivali Police Station Ninad Sawant confirmed ,  ” Yes we have registered the case against all accused but no arrest has made yet our investigation is underway.”
