Deonar police returns stolen mobile phones of 25 people happiness knew no bounds for the people
There is a wave of happiness among the local people due to this commendable work of Deonar Police.
Mobile Thefts have emerged rampant in the financial hub and many have lost their mobiles to the gullible mobile thieves.
Now, news comes to the fore that the Deonar Police Station, since a few months had been flooded by complaints of mobile thefts, the incident which falls within the jurisdiction of Deonar police station.
Thereafter, the police formed different teams and kick-started their investigation.
With the assistance of mobile surveillance and counting on the informer’s information, the police finally accomplished their mission.
As of now, the police have recovered 25 mobile phones and have arrested many people.

Under the direction of Rajesh Prabhakar Kevele,senior police inspector, Deonar police station, the mobiles which have been missing from various areas of the jurisdiction of Deonar police station have been thoroughly investigated by Sriram Ghodke, Mposhi Jore and Shirtar of the cyber squad.
And following a thorough technical investigation into the mobiles theft, it has come to light that the total cost of the missing 25 mobile phones was estimated between Rs.2.5 lakhs to Lakh Rs.3 Lakhs.
The stolen mobile phones have been handed over to the 25 people by Dy. Commissioner of Police Hemraj Rajput.
Happiness knew no bounds to the 25 people who got back their missing mobile phones and heaped praises on the Deonar Police for their commendable work.
Meanwhile according to Deonar Police, the investigation is still underway and the police ensure stringent action in a few days.
