Major relief to  Dr.Mudassir Nisar Lambe Today Mumbai Session court granted Anti Cipatory Bail to Dr.Mudasssir Nisar Lambe in rape case.while speaking with Hello Mumbai News over phone senior advocate Mr.Rizwan Merchant confirmed this news ,” we are highly obliged of Honourable judge we put all facts before the court and we got relief.we are waiting for the order copy.

Brief facts of the Case :

Rape case registered against Dr.Mudassir Nisar Lambe, Trustee Mahim Dargah and Member Waqf Board at Mahim Police Station

A rape case has been registered against Dr.Mudassir Nisar Lambe at Mahim police station and he has been booked under section 376 328,and 506 No arrest has yet been made.

As per reports, a Navi Mumbai based social worker had earlier complained against Dr.Muddasir Nisar Lambe alleging that he had raped the 33 year old Social worker under false pretext and promise of performing Nikaah, but he later turned away. So, Victim filed a written complaint earlier on 7 December at Mahim police station on the basis of which the Mahim police has registered the FIR .

In accordance to the FIR, Dr.Mudassir Nisar Lambe had raped the victim by injecting her and after she became unconscious he raped her.

Reportedly, Dr.Mudassir Nisar Lambe is an active Member of Maharashtra Waqf Board and was also one of the trustees of Mahim Dargah Trust.
