One FIR u/s 306, IPC is lodged at Alibaug PS, by complainant Mrs Akshata Anvay Naik, age 48, against accused,
1. Arnab Goswami of Republic TV.
2. Feroz Shaikh of IcastX/Skimedia
3. Niteish Sarda of Smartworks.
 

 
based on a suicide note of deceased (husband of complainant) Anvay Naik, (suicide by hanging as per initial discussion with doctor) which reveals that he has done some work for above named accused’s firm. And money is not paid by the accused to the deceased. Also along with the deceased one another body of his mother is found, after PM doctor gave inconclusive report about cause of her death.on the  other  hand Republic TV Management denied all  allegations and  claimed they have cleared all  pending  dues.
