A head of Peer Makhdoom Shah Baba Urs which is going to start on 27 December

On Wednesday The Flag hoisting ceremony held at Mahim Dargah premises at the hands of Mr Suhail Khandwani Managing Trustee of Mahim Dargah.This Flag hoisting ceremony was attended by Muslim religious leaders  and people from Maharashtra and other part of  Mumbai all of them took blessed of Makhdoom Shah Baba.devotees hoisted the tricolour and the dargah flag, then sang the national anthem,

On this Occasion while addressing the Media Mr.SuhailKhandwani says, the aim was to “connect communities and show solidarity towards the nation to bring communal harmony and peace”,

He further said,Mahim Dargah is firs ISO certified Dargah in India Baba Makhdoom himself was a great Scholar and his message was peace and humanity he was strong believer in humanity that’s people from different faith visit Mahim Dargah and take blessings of Baba Makhdoom”,

This Urs is very important for all of us this we have setup a special team to moniter all and other Government agencies like Mumbai police and Traffic police also came forward to support us I also appeal to all support us to maintain peace and law order on the special occasion of Urs,

Mahim Dargah always support to promote peace and Communal Harmony so this Flag hoisting was part of our our Mission to spread peace and Communal Harmony”, said Mr Suhail Khandwani Trustee of Mahim Dargah .
