    Major relief for BJP Leader Hyder Azam’s wife Reshma Khan Bombay High Court Granted interim pre arrest bail

     

    Major relief for senior BJP Minority leader and former Chairman of Maulana Azad Financial Corporation Hydar Azam , The Bombay High court granted interim pre arrest bail to Reshma khan wife of Hyder Azam .
    On the Basis of FIR registered against Reshma khan in fake passport and Bangladeshi Nationalist case at Malvani Police station Station .
    While speaking with Hello Mumbai News over phone Mr. Hyder Azam Said , ” we strongly believes in Judiciary and we are obedient citizen of our country we respect the court order”.
    In order copy Bombay High court clearly stated that if Reshma Khan is arrested ,she should be released on a bail bond of Rs, 25 000.

    Case registered at Malvani Police Station under various section of IPC

    1436/2021 , 465,467,468,471,420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 12 (1-a) (a) and (b) of the Indian Passport Act 1967 with Rule No. 3,6 Passport (Rules regarding entry into India). 1950, co-section 3 has been filed under section 3 (1) of the Foreign Nationals Ordinance 1948 and section 13,14 (a) (b) of the Foreign Nationals Act 1946. No arrests have been made so far, at Malvani police station.

    Brief History of the Case :

    The infiltrated Bangladeshi woman was given a passport to enter India illegally. Criminal intelligence on the allegation that senior police inspector and current Assistant Commissioner of Police Deepak Phatangare and the then Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) and now Additional Director General of Police Security Corporation (Mumbai) Deven Bharti did not lodge a complaint despite a complaint by retired police inspector Deepak Kurulkar.
    The CIU has registered a case with Malvani police.

    According to Kurulkar, Reshma Khan, a Bangladeshi intruder, entered India illegally and forged Indian passports with the help of other accomplices. Despite Kurulkar’s complaint, Phatangare and Bharti did not file a case. On the contrary, it is alleged that Kurulkar was pressured not to file a complaint.

    In this case a case has been registered at Malvani police station under the guidance of CIU police inspector Milind Kathle and further investigation is underway. Meanwhile, senior police inspector of Malvani police station Shekhar Bhalerao, when asked about the matter, refused  to give any information about this FIR.

    According to highly sources the matter very serious and Home Department closely observing the case.Now CIU has set up a team to investigate the case. Very Soon Deven Bharti and Deepak Patangare will summoned by CIU Team to interrogate the case.
