Mumbai: Legal notice slapped on impersonator Aqeel Ahmed Raza Mansuri for posing as underworld figure Haji Mastan Mirza’s son

False personation or a person assuming the identity of another in order to further another crime has become rampant in our country. Many have been arrested and jailed for the dubious crime, but still it continues and the offenders seem to damn care and fearless of law and punishment.

Mumbai: A case of impersonation has come to light and a legal notice has been served to one such Impersonator Aqeel Ahmed Raza Mansuri who always changes his identity, imitates and projects himself as Sultan Raza Nastan, son of underworld Late Shri Haji Mastan Mirza.

He has been actively Cheating, Fraud’, Photo Morphing,
Extorting, Counterfeiting False Documents and Information, Defamation, Criminal Intimidation and gaining name and fame and garnering publicity.

He has also been creating false and bogus Facebook Page in the name of Haji Mastan International Federation with criminal intention of fooling general public and extorting money from them under sections – 415,416,417,419, 383,463,464,499, 503, 504 of the Indian Penal Code,
1860 and under sections 66, 66D of the Information Technology
Act,2000.

The said accused person propagating himself as Son of Late Mastanji has also been issuing
Corona Warrior Certificates (of an unregistered organisation in the
name of Late Mastanji) to many people and uploading it over Facebook, which amounts to illegality

Also it has come to light from general public that he is collecting funds for the said illegal organisation. He has morphed photographs with Late
Mastanji and is fooling public.

According to sources he also changes his identity every time. Due to his false publicity people are
asking us whether he is an illegitimate son of Late Mastanji and many more
such questions which are spreading infamy of our Party’s Founder Late
Mastanji. Whereas the truth is he was working in our party and was expelled
for his illegal activities.
Late Shri Haji Mastan Mirza’s Daughter Mrs.5hamshad Supariwala is
supporting the above said accused in committing all these crimes and is
getting monetary benefit from him.
Mrs.Shamshad is also one of the accused in cheating and forgery case under
sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(a). the said case is pending in
Mazgaon-Sewree court and the proceedings/papers of the said matter are
missing from the court. The complainant Mr.Sundar Shaekhar will reopen this
case after Lockdown.
It is hereby informed to the general public that if anybody promotes the said
accused person as Son of Late Haji Mastan Mirza or posts any such updates
on social media then we shall be constrained to take legal action against such person.
