Mumbai: While speaking with Hello Mumbai News, Mr. Prakash Gidwani, social activist, reveals the breaking news with current affair related to the story and throws some light to the incident that took place on 17 August, Monday.

The story in brief:

On Monday morning at 7:00 am Mr. Gidwani received a call where the concerned person claimed that there a stinking smell was emanating from an auto rickshaw near 7 bungalows.
Mr. Gidwani then went to the spot and while checking, he found a gentleman lying inside the abandoned auto rickshaw. Mr. Gidwani then tried to check his identity proof but, couldn’t find anything as such.

The man was already dead and bore a ragged figure. He was a homeless poor fellow and had taken shelter in the auto left abandoned on the road in a bad condition amid this pandemic.. The tyre had been removed and the autorickshaw was not in running condition.

Yet another call was received by the social activist Mr.Gidwani at around 1:00 pm claiming that there was an old man, lying inside the rickshaw in a deteriorated heath condition near Yaari Road auto stand opposite the BEST Bus Depot.

Mr.Gidwani immediately rushed to the spot and found the old man inside the auto rickshaw surrounded by shit around him and was stinking as he was sick and was suffering with loose motions. He arranged to give him a bath and cleansed all the untidy space around him.

As the man was found naked Mr. Gidwani rushed back to his home, picked up some clothes for the old man and returned. He managed to clothe the man and made him drink water till the time he called for the ambulance. The moment Mr. Gidwani made the old man drink water he was breathing heavily. But in a matter of few minutes he breathed his last after drinking some water.
