Senior Nationalist Congress Party leader and founder of Kumbharwada Welfare Center Mahommad Nasir Pathan Appointed General Secretary of Maharashtra NCP. Maharashtra President of NCP Mr Jayant Patil feliciated him at Party office in South Mumbai.
