It’s a common over sibling fighting with parents for property and or assets. Parents often become victims to torture by their siblings and they knock the doors of law.

A recent case comes to light for one 78 year old Pushpa  V Ahuja a  resident of Surya Kiran, off Khar, Mumbai who was subject to torture by her son.

78 year old Pushpa Ahuja narrates her harrowing experience. After her marriage with her late Husband Vashu Ahuja Since 1971, she has been residing at Surya Kiran, Off Khar, Mumbai.

Her husband Vashu Ahuja (Lali) had passed away and she was left in a dilemma and no support.

Much to her bewilderment, in 2020, her elder son Deepak Ahuja requested her to move out of the Surya Kiran flat after having own flats .
Accordingly, I moved out to my daughter’s rented flat. Thereafter he resorted to torture her and asked him to vacate Flat at Surya Kiran.

On 14 March 2022 a fight ensued between us and after this ugly incident, she lodged a complaint with the Khar Police Station against her son Deepak Ahuja. And after lodging a second complaint at the same Khar Police Station, I called my relatives to notify them of the incident and the helpless situation she was facing.

When he was again asked to move out of the flat in the presence of my relatives he refused to do so and even went to the extent of threatening them not to interfere in the matter.

In the end I was left with no option but to move the Court of Law and filed a complaint before Tribunal Court of parents and senior citizens on 5 May 2022 to vacate the flat.No order has been passed in the matter till date and the matter is pending  Before the Tribunal for Parents and Senior Citizens Court at Bandra.

Showing no respect to elders around he humiliated and insulted her other son and daughter who are supporting her.

In a yet unhealthy situation, her younger son Deepak Ahuja even insulted and abused all in Administrator premises .

She is homeless and a diabetic patient.

She also appeals to Mumbai Police Commissioner to take legal action against Deepak Ahuja. Despite many complaints lodged against him, no appropriate action has been taken against the said Deepak Ahuja.

She is running from pillar to post for her rights but nothing has come out

She is requesting the honourable Chief Minister to look into the matter and direct the police authorities to take action as per law.
