On Monday J.J. Marg Police Station arrested CEO OF SBUT(SAIFEE Burhani Upliftment Trust project also known as Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment, Concern Authority SHOAIB BHAISAB in Connection with ‘Hussain Building collapsed in which 37 people died last year in September. After this incident one of the Tenant and victim of this tragedy Sayed Sabir lost his 4 Family Members but after some days no Action has been taken by Concerned Police Station then Sayed Sabir took this serious issue to the BOMBAY HIGH COURT and  filed written petition and demanded CBI inquiry action against the culprit on Monday BOMBAY HIGH COURT passed the order to arrest SBUT Concern Person SHOAIB BHAISAB and to others is this case. In the High Court order, court also directed to the local police do fair  investigation of the case and take strong action against those who are responsible for this tragedy. During the hearing of the case court found guilty Shoaib haseem for the negligence and immediately  ordered to the J.J. Marg police to arrest him last night he was arrested today he will be produced in the court.
