A prominent local shiv Sena leader Sachin sawant was shot dead on Sunday evening he was allegedly fired four rounds by two unidentified persons who were on motorcycle.After the incident he was rushed to nearby hospital where  he was declared death. The incident occurred in Gokul Nagar area Kuraar village Kandivli East. Police began the investigation registered an FIR but no arrest made yet. This is second incident in the week of Shiv Sena leader’s death after Shahpur.
