Sufi Islamic Board and it’s Political Wing Bharatiya Muslim Party thanks from the bottom of their Hearts His Excellency The President of Bharat and the Hon’able Prime Minister of Bharat for freeing 140 + Crores masses of our Nation from the colonial imposed identity i.e. Indian. It may also be seen as a reply to an application which was sent to His Excellency The President of Bharat in 2006.
On 19th June 2006 Founder President of Bhartiya Muslim Party had written a Letter to His Excellency The President of India and had requested for clarity on the subject of our Nation beeing called by three names, Bharat, Hindustan and India. This Letter was sent to the Desh Bhasha vibhag of the Home Ministry for taking further action by the President’s office.

On 5th September 2023 His Excellency The President of Bharat has sent an invitation to the Esteemed Guests of the G20 Nations in which the invitee is written as “The President of Bharat” and on 6th September 2023 a program of the Hon’able Prime Ministers visit to Indonesia is issued and the function notes is issued as “Visit of the Prime Minister of Bharat……”.
From the above mentioned President,s invitation and the Prime Ministers function note it seems that our Union Government has decided to use Bharat as the name of our beloved Country.
Faisal Banaraswa,the National President of Bharatiya Muslim Party said that most of our Nation’s Masses will like to be called Bharatiya barring a few who still like to be identified by the name given to them by their Colonial Masters.
We appeal to our Hon’able Prime Minister of Bharat to take necessary steps to eradicate the colonial identity imposed on Bharatiya masses once and for all. In turn Bharat would because totally Indipendent to walk forward towards Amrit Kaal with their most ancient recognition.
