Mumbai: An FIR has been registered at Colva police station against Model-turned-actor Milind Soman under IPC Section 294 (obscene acts and songs) and Section 67 of IT Act (publishing and transmitting obscene material in electronic form) for running nude in Goa Beach and booked for obscenity and for publishing and transmitting obscene material in electronic form.
This comes after Model Poonam Pandey, who too had run naked..

Reportedly, Milind Soman who turned 55 on Wednesday
had posted a photograph of him running nude captioned “55 and running. The photograph was clicked by his wife.

Ironically the actor’s viral birthday nude picture has created a storm online and likewise in the real world.
