Aditya Pancholi in ‘Dadagiri’ case over not paying the service charge of his car :

Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi is known for his ‘rough’ attitude. He has been under several controversies. Yet again the actor is in news for wrong reasons.

According to reports the owner of Premium Car Dealer has filled a case of ‘Dadagiri’ against Aditya Pancholi at Versova Police station for not paying the service charge of Rs.2, 82,1598 and threatening the owner with dire consequences.

Informing Hello Mumbai, Premium Car Dealer Mohsin Kadar lamented, “Actor Aditya Pancholi did the Service and Maintenance of his Lexus Car at my showroom. However, he is now declining to pay the service charge of Rs.2, 82, 1598.” He added, “ Initially, when we asked for payment Aditya Pancholi kept us delaying but when he did not pay for several months, we insisted to which he openly threatened us with dire consequences.”

To prove his authenticity, Mohsin Kader said, “We had transported his car from Mumbai to Delhi. The Service and Maintenance of the car was done at the premium Lakozy Auto Private Limited. We have the original company bills but evil Aditya Pancholi is trying to bully us.”
