Message on Mother’s day :

In this mortal life, there is one relationship which effortlessly scores above all other known relationships on this Earth. It is the extraordinary relationship which is none other than that of the mother. She is truly priceless in terms of her countless love, dedication, and devotion towards her family. Mother’s Day is celebrated across the World on 8 May 2022. This is truly a special day for the mothers who are mostly underrated in this male-dominated society.

Not many children can understand and or realise the value and importance of a mother. They take their mother for granted.

This is the story of a Gurgaon based little girl Lucky Daftuar. When she was a little girl, she felt that her mother was not a kind hearted woman. It was her assumption that she conspires, she is clumsy, she is unable to manage her house and family, she is lazy and much more.
It was her feeling that she is being disowned and was not getting any degree of respect from any person in her dad’s house.

According to her every member of the family screamed at her, scolded her, accused her of conspiracy, laziness, etc. But gradually after she got married and became a mother she saw the value, importance and dynamism of a women’s life..The existential, identity crisis and struggles that she reeled through, she realized that she was not wrong, and was amongst the wrong people.
Her biggest fault were on three things
1. Her complete lack of self-confidence.
2. Her dependency on others for approval of her actions.
3. Her need for pleasing everyone and to look good in the eyes of society.
Looking at her mother’s life, she learnt that women need to stand up for themselves. Women don’t need the approval of others all the time. They don’t have to please each and everyone.
And that’s what she wants to teach to her daughter.
A woman takes up the role of a wife, mother, daughter, daughter–in–law, a professional and a homemaker. She is surrounded by people who judge her often not only at the workplace but in her own house too.
But despite all that, she believes she is the one who can create a balance. God has given this strength to women. The way God has given her the strength to bear the labour pain, He has also given her the strength to balance the pain and joy in her life and to spread joy around her. And that is possible only when she is internally happy. She needs to follow her own intuition, her own feelings and her own path towards her personal growth. She needs to let go of what others think of her. She needs to make her own benchmark by following her own dreams. By this, she doesnt mean that she need not support her family. She is the bonded force for her entire family. She needs to provide the support needed for the family to stand firm together. But while doing that she can not ignore her own dreams. She cannot ignore and let go of her own identity.
As a mother, a wife, a daughter-in-law, she had her own challenges but she kept her career and her progress, intact.

She takes action towards her own growth. And that’s why she constantly keeps working on her personal goals of entrepreneurship.
I am working as a senior HR professional and I manage several clients for their Human Resource function outsourcing. I am heading HR functions for various clients.
