Ramzan is a glorious month fpr the muslims where in every day life they make a lot of tasty delicacies for the Iftaar (opening of Fast).Shahi Tukda is one of the famous deserts which is made in the month of Ramzan.It is also called Double ka Meetha where indian sweet of fried bread slices soaked in hot milk with spices, including saffron and cardamom. Double ka meetha is a dessert of Hyderabad.

Shahi tukda
1)bread slices -12
2)sugar syrup.
3)rabri as per taste.
4)oil for shallow frying
6)dry fruits as per garnishing
1)heat oil. Deep fry the breads until crisp. Transfer them in sugar syrup soon.
2)after a mint. Get it transferred into the milk. Now place them in trays. Add rabri on top. Decorate them with dry fruits.
