Everyone has a suffering child within who is young enough, hard to recognise but we all had face difficulty during childhood and many of us have experienced trauma. In order to protect and defend ourselves against future suffering, we often try to forget those painful times. Every time we’re in touch with the experience of suffering, we believe we can’t bear it, and we stuff our feelings and memories deep down in our unconscious mind. It may be possible that we haven’t pluck up courage to face this child for many decades.
Even if you can happily report having enjoyed the best-ever childhood, it’s safe to assume that there’s stuff—great and not-so-great stuff—that emerged in your early on years that impacts the way you see the world, feel about who you are, and show up in your daily life. But no matter how deeply seated these beliefs and understandings are, you don’t have to carry them as emotional baggage forever.

We move through the world in the present, but carrying the past. In order to relieve ourselves of a weight of unfelt, unprocessed emotion, our inner world needs to somehow be made manifest. It needs to come out, and psychodrama makes that very easy because it allows for the full and, if desired, cathartic expression of whatever emotions are in there. It lets us express our sadness or anger to the actual person toward whom we feel it through role players.

Though emotional abuse is just as destructive as physical and sexual abuse, there is an on going debate whether slapping a child is acceptable or not. Children are natural wonderer they want to explore everything under curiosity on other adults being overprotective exhibit anger to avoid child exploring world making them feel low and controlled.
There are certain ways parent has to be present in child’s life. Spending a quality time with child is very important contrary to this not spending a quality time has its own drawbacks, it can put huge emotional scar on child for life. The child can start blaming himself/herself for all the neglegence this undergoing process makes child pick a lens to perceive world and people which gradually affects the behaviour during adult time. Not everyone associates childhood with playfulness and fun, though.
