CHICKEN CLUB SANDWICH

Today’s topic is how to make healthy & delicious Sandwich with with very few ingredients
Sandwiches are very healthy. If the ingredient are in correct proportion,
Sandwiches can be served as snacks or as a complete meal.
You can make Sandwiches with Multigrain breads / brown breads or just normal sandwich breads
So lets start with what’s all that is required.
12 slices of sandwich bread
3 tomatoes sliced
Ice burg lettuce
Low fat eggless Mayo
Ingredients for the Chicken
300 gms boneless chicken – cut into slices
1tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp Barbeque sauce
3 tbs Oilve oil
Salt half tsp
Marinate chicken & shallow fry
Now time to assemble
Butter 8 slices on one side – the remaining 4 slices on both the sides.
Cover 4 slices with tomato and cucumber
Place the slice which is buttered on both the sides
Top on Chicken Slices , spoon of mayo and ice burg. Place last slice , butter slice down
Press the sandwich firmly together and cut it into 4 pcs and serve.
