Actor Kamal R Khan was today arrested when he landed at the Mumbai Airport over a two year old controversial tweet.

He was produced today 30 August in Borivali Court at 11 am. He was arrested under Sections 153A, 294, 500, 501, 505, 67, 98 of the IPC.

The Mumbai Police arrested Kamal on the basis of a complaint lodged by Yuva Sena Member Rahul Kanal for his questionable tweets on Irrfan and Rishi Kapoor in 2020.

Kamaal R Khan is known for his controversial tweets.

A lookout notice was issued against KRK after which, an FIR was registered against him in 2020. complaint.

As per Rahul Khanal while he welcomes the move by Mumbai police, he makes it known that Kamal makes derogatory comments on social media and uses foul language. Such kind of behavior is unacceptable in society. By arresting him, Mumbai police has sent out a strong message against such people.
