Acting upon a tip-off of banned and llegal operation of illegal Activities of Orchestra Bar (dance bar) raided Carnival Orchestra Bar (Dance Bar) at53/55 Ambalal Sal Chawl, Dr A.B. Borgeous Road, Worli Mumbai on 3 December at 00.10hrs.
During the raid the Worli.Police spotted 26 accused – 1 Bar manager, 1 Cashier, 9 stewards/waiters, 1 orchestra artists, 11 customers and took them into custody at Worli Police Station under Spl. Lac no. 1219/22, Under IPC section 3, 8(1),(2),(4) prohibition of obscene dancing in hotels, restaurants and bar rooms and protection of the dignity of the women (working in them) act 2016.
The Worli Police Seized
Rs. 1,71,810/- in cash, 1laptop, 1 speaker, 1 Amplifier, 1 Memory Card.
Further investigationis have been handed over to the concerned Police Station.
