IMD informed cyclone OCKHI is 230km West- SouthWest of Mumbai, likely to continue to move North- NorthEastward, weaken gradually and will cross South Gujrat and North Maharashtra coast. No impact on Mumbai City and Suburb. All Roads & Rails traffic are running smoothly, please don’t create panic..MCGM.

Cyclone Ockhi likely to cross south Gujrat by tonight .The Cyclone has claimed over 20 lives in southern state of India. Cyclone Ockhi has weakened now .Heavy rains driven by Cyclone Ockhi in Mumbai and it’s adjoining area like Raigad district and some part of Konkan region. The Metro logical department says the heavy rain shower will continue by midnight ,the Cyclone which has lost most of its intensity will settle over Gulf of Kambhat near surat district .39 have been died and 92 fishermen are still missing. One boat still missing from Raigad district of Maharashtra.
