Big Blow for Drug Mafia in Maharashtra Mumbai police’s Crime Branch Unit 7 Ghatkopar busted a big Drug racket in Western Maharashtra’s Sangli District and allegedly seized 122kg of High quality Mephedrone (MD) of Worth Rupees 250 crores &  Rs 15 lakh in cash.

While addressing the press Conference Mr Datta Nalawade DCP Crime (Detection ) Confirmed, ” In this big operation we have arrested Pravin alias Nagesh Ramchandra shinde 34,owner of this MD Factory he took training from Uttar Pradesh how to make MD and then started his own Unit in Sangli District its a big Sucess for us and our team we have busted this Inter State drug racket the credit goes to  Ghatkopar unit and Senior police Inspector Mahesh Tawde and his  team, ” said Datta Nalawade.

” During the press Conference Mr Datta Nalawade and DCP Vishal Thakur explained how this gang was involved in this Drug racket. Pravin Shinde kingpin of this drug racket belongs two Thane District of Maharashtra he is SSC passed he learnt how to make MD dugs after this he created a customers based across Maharashtra and Gujarat then started MD drug racket among the local drug peddlers in Mumbai, Thane and Surat. As if now we have Arrested Accused including Master Mind Shinde. The other accused who were arrested, Vasudev Laxman, Jadhav Avinash Mali, prasad Mohite and Vikas Mamale.Pravin Bano Gulam Shaikh, from Kurla Sajid Md Asif Shaikh Imtiyaz Vohra,Ejaz Ali Imdad Ali from Surat we have booked all accused under section 8( क )12(क ) 29 NDPS Act.”,

How this Drug Racket Busted :

After the arrest of local Drug peddler Pravin Bano from Kurla the other kingpin from Gujrat were arrested during the investigation of the case they admitted their crime and informed the police about Shinde’s MD Factory. Crime Branch unit 7 Launched a special team for this opration and informed to the superior and carried out a successful raid at Sangli.
