- RPF staff saves woman from Committing suicide at Kalyan
On 30.08.20 at about 09.27 hrs Constable Jeetendra Kumar, who was going towards Kalyan Local Shed noticed a female trying to attempt suicide in front of Pushpak Exp. He shouted for alerting the lady. Immediately he rushed to the spot and pulled her back. He was also assisted by CT Chotelal who was deployed in section duty.
The lady was identified as Smt.Sumangla Mohan Wagh age 54 years r/o Room no 503, Shenkhshwar A-1/ Rambaug Kalyan west. The spot was attended by GRP/RPF and GRP took the lady in their custody. The lady did not sustain any major injury. Infact a life was saved due to presence of mind of above RPF staff.
