Following the firing incident NATO has called for an emergency meet and Polish Army has been put on high alert. As per reports this is for the very first time that Russian missile landed in Poland.

The Polish government has summoned the Russian ambassador demanding immediate detailed explanations on the missile firing.

As per Polish media the strike took place in an area where grain was drying in Przewod w, a village near the border with Ukraine.
