Santacuruz police on Monday arrested Ravikant Raja ram Yadav ,29 a gazdar bandh resident , in connection with the sexuall assault case with the minor.
Speaking with ‘ HELLO MUMBAI news’ Senior police Inspector of Santacuruz police station Mr Shantanu Pawar said, ” The accuse Ravikant Raja ram yadav ,29 who is driver by profession used to make friendship with the minors in the local vicinity ,in this case he made friendship with the victim who is minor , clicked a his nude pictures saved in his mobile and always black mailed him ,in return he wanted sexuall favour from his side, he forced him to do unnatural sex with him, now the complainant explained the whole story ,we immediately registered an Fir under section IPC ,377 ,504, 4,8,12 and POSCO ( Protection of children from Sexual offences Act ) and arrested him we also seized the mobile in which he saved the nude pictures of victim further investigation is going on.

Now the police is also trying to find out that the accused previously did the same thing with anyone .In a Fir the victim alleged that he was harrased by Ravikant Raja ram Yadav and always demand for unnatural sexual favour when he denies he threatened showing his nude pictures and blackmailed him. On Monday the accused has been produced before the POSCO court and sent to Jail.
