On Tuesday Election took place at 10 Municipal Corporations and 25 Zilla Parishad across the state. Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Akola, Solapur, Amravati, Pimpri Chinchwad, Ulhasnagar saw a good percentage of the voting.

Mumbai: 55%

Thane: 58%

Pune : 54%

Akola : 56%

Amravati : 55%

Solapur: 60%

Nashik: 60%

Pimpri Chinchwad : 67%

Ulhasnagar : 45%

Pune : 54%

Chief Minister of Maharashta Devandra Fadnavis is very much confident of winning of BJP. Speaking to media, he said BJP will ensure it gets the majority in civic bodies across the state. BJP will improve its performance in all Municipal corporations and will win at least 7 out of them. ” I am confident we will win Bmc elections and Mumbai will have a Bjp Mayor “, he said.
