    In our Social Entrepreneur series today We are introducing you a very dynamic and popular Social Entrepreneur of  northwestern Maharashtra, Dhule for her remarkable and outstanding performance in social  field particular in inner wheel club  who always believes in Women Empowerment and social entrepreneurship . yes we are talking about Prachi Kulkarni District President of inner wheel District  306 , she shared her Service and Charity Project with Hello Mumbai Team

    Brief Introduction of IWC :

    International Inner Wheel  Club is an international women’s  Social organisation to create friendship, service and understanding. It has clubs in over 100 countries with over 100,000 members.IWC has very strong presence in India. It has more than 3000 thousands clubs in Urban and rural India. Since the Covid 19 Pandemic breaks out Inner wheel club launched charity campaign worldwide. In our Inner wheel Social entrepreneur series in this Episode we are introducing very popular face of IWC, she doesn’t need any kind of Introduction.

    Brief Introduction of PRESIDENT Prachi Kulkarni IWC Dhule, District 306 :

    I joined IWC Dhule in 2018. Before that I use to reside in Pune and was an active IWC Member of Dist.313. I am founder member of IWC Aurangabad Lotus. I am also member of Rotary Club of Dhule. My Husband Mahesh Kulkarni is Past President of Rotary Club of Dhule. He also was Assistant Governor of Rotary in 2020.My only daughter Rewa has done her B Tech in Biotechnology from Pune and MS in Human Genetics in US. She is happily married and residing in the US.

    We have a small unit of manufacturing FRP products and rubber parts in MIDC Dhule. I help my husband in administration. I love gardening and listen music whenever possible. I was born in Aurangabad and have done my B.com and Degree in Computer Application from Aurangabad.

    Name of Project: State level Two days’ webinar on “Cyber Crime and Cyber Security”

    Work done under Project: We held a 2-day webinar on cyber crime and cyber security where renowned personalities guided the viewers regarding the safety to be taken while using internet and doing online transactions. Webinar was open for all

    Name of Project: Promoting a young promising girl Pranjali Borse to display her talent @ Ram Katha Mahotsav at khandalvipra bhavan ,Snehnagar, Dhule

    Work done under Project: Promoting young talent from villages who are making jewellery, rakhis from plant seeds and also extracting oil from various edible seeds, thus being close to nature and creating income opportunities for themselves

    Name of Project: Sponsoring stall for children making some creative articles 

    Work done under Project: IWC Dhule provided this stall for these children of maids, who use to roam aimless in the pandemic, they were taught these skills by Megha Gindodia and she had requested IWC Dhule to provide a platform for them. We shall be helping them as and when possible in future.

    Name of Project: Diwali celebration with older orphans at Saawali Vridhashram 

    Work done under Project: Celebrated Diwali with older orphans at Saawali Vridhashram. These are people who were literally left on streets either by their children or destiny. The smile and gratitude on their face is just priceless. We shared not only clothes, sweets, footwear’s, food but also some quality time with them. We put rangolis, lit diyas and enjoyed crackers with them. Hasya Yoga by our member enhanced their mood on a positive note. We feel blessed that we got this opportunity to bring some smile on their face…………

    Under Theme: (O) Orphanage 

    Name of Project: Celebration of Children’s Day @Sanskar Matimand Girl Balgruha, Dhule 

    Work done under Project: Celebrated Children’s day with the special girls of Sanskar matimand balgruha.  At first we let the girls understand why we celebrate children’s day on 14th Nov. We enjoyed lots of games, art work with them. The girls performed a dance specially for us. That was so special for us. We all enjoyed dance steps with them. Hand Wash, masks, moisturisers and chocolates were distributed to the girls. The day’s lunch was sponsored by IWC Dhule. A wonderful experience for us all members……..
