Yes, we are talking about Sona Singh, she shares her Entertainment (Bollywood) journey with Hello Mumbainews.com Correspondent Janvi S. Panjwani

The ‘Mecca’ of Hindi Films Bollywood in Mumbai is a haven for aspiring actors. Many aspirants hop to the City to get a break in Hindi Films and to earn name and fame. One such aspirant who has been stung by the acting bug is Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh based Sona Singh.

Janvi Panjwani, Correspondent Hello Mumbai News catches up with Soba for an exclusive interview.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Sona Mam, Tell us some thing about yourself ?

Sona Singh: Hi. Janvi, it’s a pleasure talking to you. Thanks. I belong to a middle class family, and the best part is that my family stands by me and is supportive towards me in pursuing a career in the Entertainment Industry as an actor. I have completed my graduation (B.com) from my native place Shahdol in Madhya Pradesh. Can speck Hindi and English Languages. That’s it I want to open up on my journey to the acting arena. Frankly speaking am waiting for that D-Day, when I will emerge as a successful actor and producer after which I will narrate my entire journey in front of the people.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Sona Mam, When did you set foot to Bollywood ?

Sona Singh: Hm. Janvi ji, I had to struggle to make it as an actor while in my teens.
What’s that lured me to the Entertainment Industry is to learn some thing new, something passionate and achieve the goal. While studying evinced interest in the glamour filled line along with studies and started working hard for it.
Asva matter if fact, it fetched me success and thereafter no looking back. I started getting good results for my hard work. and I started working more hard to get into this filed, I started my career from 2015, did theater shows, singing shows and I emerged first winner. Some has also modeling shows and singing, acting & modeling but I started to pursue my career in Mumbai from 2018. I learnt acting from my town theater classes and some acting shows, but not professionally I learned acting from a institute. I have done modeling from Dreams Entertainment (MP).

Janvi S. Panjwani: Mam, could you Describe your first bollywood project & in its your experience ?

Sona Singh: Started my first project with the song of YouTube album song Matarani, the first song in the lead was what was from the album song Mora Saiya, it was a YouTube song. I has shoot in my home town itself.. as in bollywood I shoot promo for the role of Shanidev’s wife in the first work serial Vishkarma Mahakatha lead, but it could not be realized on TV due to some reason but in Mumbai I did the first role in Crime Petrol Character Artist.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Mam Which your favourite Stars in Bollywood ?

Sona Singh: well, my favourite Stars are Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra & Neha Kakkar.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Mam could you let us have your Web series, Serials in which you have worked ?

Sona Singh: I have done a lot of songs in YouTube, some of which are titled as Mata ki Bhete, Dil E Nadan, Mora Saiya, like Babe Doll song and more like same in lead.

Sona has worked in many serials like Crime Petrol, Crime Alert, Shawdhaan India, Meri Aashiqui Tume Hee Duss Kadam, Bepanaan Pyaar Character Kiaa also shot for Ayurvedik Oil Poster.

She has worked in many Web Series namely, B.E Pass Akela Pann besides this she has also done a lot of stories in Webseries lead character and have also done Crime Stories.

Sona’s Films are:

Gully Boy, Satyamev Jaytey, Funny Khan and also beside a character role in Pani Film. She has won the first price Pan India in the face of the Queen in Mumbai. I have also been honored with the online face of the queen competition.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Mam could you throw a light on your first experience on shoot ?

Sona Singh: Janvi, I initially, started with the song in which I felt very good and when I shot for a Bollywood TV show, which was watched by my mother and society people. All told me after downloading my photos from DTV. Thereafter II felt that today my hard work was successful so much that my mother and father were proud of me. I struggle a lot for making my town proud and I want to make my parents proud.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Which has been your favorite Movies Actor/Actress ?

Sona Singh: Well my Favorite Film is Hum Dil De Chuke Hain Sanam, Vivaah, Ek Vivaah aisa Bhi, Bhagwaan, Jab We Met Bhul Bhullaiya, Son of Sardar, Dabangg, Chennai Express, Dil ka Rishta, Hum Aapke Hai Kon, Janwar, Ram Teri Ganga Maili.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Your most Favorite Holiday Destination ?

Sona Singh: Traveling with family, Clubbing and party with friends, Traveling with friends, Bike & Car riding, Watching adventure films shopping & trying new foods cooking and traveling at nature places.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Which is that role you want to enact in your future films ?

Sona Singh: Positive and Sad Role. But it is my wish to portray any role, and give my 100% on it. However, positive and sad roles will make me joyous.

Janvi S. Panjwani: Finally, What’s your ambition or aim?

Sona Singh: My ambition and or aim is to emerge as a good and successful actress and producer. Right now I am operating a SHUBHAMNMBH Film Production House.as a joint admin and am also working out to start my own production house in the name of my mother and father. My father is not in my midst. That’s precisely the very reason that I want to be known in the name of my father. My father was not with me when SHREE PREM SHANTI GOLD film hit the screens. My aim is to fulfill the dream of my parents because they taught me a lot of things – to fly and fulfill my dream. I just want to tell every middle class family don’t stop do be successful but keep struggling. I always support a girl towards their safety and protection. I Love my India.
