Newly appointed Director of Iran Culture House in Mumbai Mr Mohammed Reza Reza Fazli visited the holy ancient masjid popularly known as Mughal Masjid iat South Mumbai ‘s Imam Bada and toured the archaeological sites of the holy masjid and expressed his his appreciation and Pride in visiting the holy mosque as well as the warm reception and hospitality

Meeting and discussion with the administration of the Iranian masjid, in Mumbai to hold cultural programs in this holy place
Honourable Mr. Mohmmad Reza Fazel, the cultural attaché of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai and following the previous invitation, a meeting was held between him and Mr. Ali Namazi, the head of the Iranian Masjid, with the aim of discussing and exchanging opinions about the cultural programs. In this meeting of Hojjat al-Islam Mr. Jafar Khan and Haji Muhammad Najafi, both of the imams of the mosque, were also present.
Mr. Namazi, Trustee and Incharge of Masjid welcome and pleased with the presence of Mr. Fazel, cultural attaché of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai stated that this mosque with an age of more than 150 years is considered an important centre not only for the Shiites of Bombay but also for the Shiites of India and is a good base in among the people of India, and even now, various programs are held in this mosque and many people attend them, and we want more coordination between the Culture House of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai and the implementation of various religious and cultural programs.
Hojatul Islam Jafar Khan Imam Jamat Iranian Masjid also expressed their satisfaction with the presence of Mr. Fazel and explained the religious ceremonies as well as the various activities of the mosque and the capabilities of this holy place as an important and important base among Shiites.
Mr.Reza Fazel also expressed his satisfaction: culture house of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mumbai in the form of its programs, wants to hold ceremonies and courses for Shiites, and the Iranian Mosque can play an important role in this regard.” Noor Mobeen institutes programmes classes can be used for activities and respected scholars and clerics living in Mumbai and suburbs can participate in this plan. These classes are held on the weekends and their purpose is to familiarize the young generation with the Quran, etc.
Mr. Namazi further explained about the measures to repair the masjid, and it was decided that Mr. Fazel should help to contact Gohar Shad marble Company.
