WMO Office Innaugrared In South Mumbai, Gets Overwhelming Response

World Memon Organization ( WMO ), a very reputed and respectable social organisation of the Memon Community in which all Memon across the World associated. Recently WMO opened its first office in india’s financial capital Mumbai which was attended by all international community leaders.




  

 
The Function was organised by Ehsan Gadawala indian chapter president ,and it was attended by city’s top Bussinesmen like Suhail Khandwani and others. Dr Mariam Shakir Hingora president of Maseeha Trust also seen on the occasion.

In the year 2001, an idea was conceived, a movement was launched and an organisation was born.

Distinguished Humanitarians, Philanthropists and Doyens of Industry of the Memon Community, from across the globe came together in Dubai to establish the World Memon Organisation.

WMO is the international umbrella organisation of the global Memon Community, originally created to unite, uphold and uplift its people.

Over the years, the organisation has evolved and steadily increased its global footprint to Serve all Mankind through its other chapters worldwide.

WMO provides a broad spectrum of humanitarian services including education, housing,
rehabilitation, medical care, relief aid, empowerment,
along with a host of individual projects undertaken by the respective chapters for the betterment of humanity.

The Founding Trustees as well as other stalwarts of WMO have arrived in India to further the cause of Serving Mankind. Mr Suliman Noor Mahomed (President – WMO), Mr. Nowsad Gani (Deputy President – WMO), Mr. Haroon Karim (Chairman – WMO Board of Trustees), Mr. Ashraf Sattar (Deputy Chairman – WMO Board of Trustees) and Mr. Ghulam Abdoola (Deputy Secretary – WMO), along with a large WMO delegation are visiting Mumbai and Surat to establish schools, hospitals, housing projects, orphanages and vocational training centres to empower and uplift the marginalised of the Indian Memon Community as well as create brighter futures for thousands of children.

It is our endeavour to lay down the cornerstone of an everlasting legacy and Mr. Ehsan Gadawala (VP – WMO North India Chapter) and his team Mr. Shabbir Patca, Mr. Hasin Aghadi has been the driving force in turning this dream into a reality.” states Mr. Nowsad Gani.

As the organisation continues it’s journey of touching and changing lives of thousands across the globe, this visit to India by it’s distinguished dignitaries marks a significant milestone in that all important journey to change the World.
